Focus on has worked with the AA since 1999 on sites in Newcastle, Cheadle and Cardiff delivering training for 1,200 apprentices and other staff who work on these sites. We currently deliver Apprenticeships in Providing Financial Services, Customer Service, Contact Centre Operations and Management on the Cardiff site.
