Focus On is a privately owned training company delivering vocational qualifications in the workplace. Founded in 1998, Focus On continues to work with many different employers and their staff with the aim of up-skilling existing staff, changing recruitment practices for new staff through apprenticeships and providing development opportunities to enable companies to ‘grow’ their employees so they can achieve their maximum potential.

We are specialists in Providing Financial Services (Insurance and Debt Recovery routes), Management, Sales, Customer Service, Business Administration and Learning and Development Qualifications.

All our assessors are occupationally competent. That means they are experienced in the job roles that their learners are employed in as well as being fully qualified assessors. One of their most important tasks is to build relationships with key people in the companies, such as team managers, the training department, operational and strategic managers. This means that they are fully aware of the organisation’s procedures, objectives and development requirements.
